This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of integrated inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing initiatives tailored to the company's targeted segments in the Biopharmaceutical, Animal Health, and Reproductive Medicine sectors.
• Collaborate closely with commercial leadership to establish go-to-market strategies, engagement frameworks, and content that align with business objectives, lead generation, and revenue enhancement.
• Take ownership of and optimize demand generation strategies to enhance pipeline, qualified leads, new client acquisition, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage the entire omnichannel demand generation funnel, including MQL/SQL conversion, nurturing initiatives, and website lead capture.
• Propel performance and ongoing optimization across all inbound and outbound demand generation channels.
• Provide strategic guidance on digital marketing efforts, encompassing email, SEO/SEM, paid media, digital advertising, Google Ads, and social media to achieve measurable performance results.
• Improve the efficiency and governance of marketing automation within Salesforce Pardot to enhance lead quality, segmentation, nurturing, and database integrity.
• Accelerate pipeline generation and opportunity creation to meet or surpass company growth targets across all business segments.
• Develop and implement integrated paid and organic strategies to grow the marketing database and strengthen the pipeline, including PPC, content marketing, social media, and webinar initiatives.
• Define and refine the channel mix across email, digital advertising, SEO, webinars, and social platforms to optimize performance and ROI.
• Set performance benchmarks and foster a test-and-learn environment to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Construct and improve demand generation operational processes, reporting frameworks, and attribution models to evaluate program success and marketing ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the market development and demand generation team, offering direction, accountability, and performance management.
• Provide data-driven insights and executive-level dashboard reporting on pipeline, campaign effectiveness, and revenue impact.
• Oversee market development and demand generation budget planning and optimization, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize returns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation, preferably within the Biopharmaceutical sector.
• Proficiency in performance marketing, including SEO, PPC, paid media, social, email, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
• Extensive experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, particularly Salesforce/Pardot.
• Competence in Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
