This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead and manage a team of software engineers in developing requirements and transforming them into solutions that enhance business outcomes.
• Take ownership of planning, forecasting, production, and the complete product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product owners and technical development teams, leveraging deep process and domain expertise.
• Influence stakeholders in design and planning decisions.
• Drive the development of products aimed at technical audiences.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to prioritize requirements.
• Create the strategic product roadmap.
• Coordinate multiple parallel teams to achieve higher-level outcomes.
• Ensure transparent delivery and maximize returns.
• Maintain a focus on execution throughout product releases.
• Manage a small to medium-sized team of professionals.
• Influence strategy, resource management, and policy development.
• Recommend best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
• Make informed decisions and tackle complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering challenges.
• Lead functional teams or projects and effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 8 years of professional experience, OR an associate's degree with a minimum of 11 years of professional experience, OR a high school diploma with a minimum of 13 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience successfully implementing complex ERP systems, with Oracle being preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a people manager in a matrixed enterprise environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Strong understanding of ERP system data structures, preferably Oracle.
• Experience in an Agile working environment.
• Familiarity with various implementation options.
• Ability to explore alternative technologies and approaches to problem-solving.
• Skill in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements, and estimating efforts.
• Capability to analyze the impact of technology choices.
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape.
• Strong communication, leadership, delegation, and employee motivation skills.
