Director, Talent Marketplace – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of the strategy for LEE's talent matching platform.

• Create and manage a comprehensive partner engagement strategy.

• Work in collaboration with fellowship program leaders to enhance the partner experience.

• Develop and implement training and support for both staff and external partners.

• Monitor and promote the completion and optimization of member profiles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in talent management and/or member-facing roles in partnerships, sales, or business development.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and articulate value propositions to varied audiences.

• Strong planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.

• Proficient in effective communication and collaboration within a geographically distributed team.
