This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the execution of the strategy for LEEs talent matching platform, catering to LEE members and partners within the civic leadership sector.
• Create and manage a cohesive partner engagement strategy targeting hiring partners, fellowship hosts, and others interested in connecting with LEE talent.
• Work in collaboration with fellowship program leaders to determine priority host profiles, compile cultivation lists, engage in outreach, and enhance the partner experience.
• Document an internal playbook that promotes consistent engagement across the talent matching platform, fellowships, and various Policy & Advocacy initiatives.
• Design and roll out training and support for staff and external partners utilizing the talent matching platform.
• Spearhead the recruitment and onboarding of select Hiring Partners and fellowship hosts to connect with LEEs talent through the talent matching platform, fellowships, and other Policy & Advocacy offerings.
• Create resources and guidance for members that aid in strengthening their profiles, identifying aligned opportunities, and engaging with LEEs broader talent pathway supports.
• Monitor and enhance the volume of member profile completion and optimization within the talent matching platform to improve match quality and boost member visibility for pertinent leadership opportunities.
• Collaborate with other teams to devise and implement member engagement strategies that highlight the value of the talent matching platform and associated Policy & Advocacy career supports.
• Aid in the integration of the talent matching platform into all Policy & Advocacy workflows, ensuring members perceive it as part of a comprehensive leadership pathway.
• Align internal teams around common goals for the talent matching platform, user growth objectives, and metrics for member engagement.
• Analyze data regarding member, partner, and platform engagement to identify gaps, enhance partner experience, and propose adjustments for future scaling.
• Identify critical pain points and barriers; assess platform engagement metrics to offer recommendations for enhancements.
• Lead or participate in team-level, organization-wide, or cross-team special projects as assigned by the manager or a designated representative.
• Provide temporary coverage for teams and/or projects during periods of leave, vacancy, or PTO.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience (If a Bachelor's degree is not held, an additional 4 years of relevant experience is necessary. If an Associate's degree is held, an additional 2 years of relevant experience is needed).
• Over 6 years of pertinent professional experience in talent management and/or member-facing roles in partnerships, sales, or business development.
• Proven experience in driving cross-functional project alignment and managing stakeholder workflows within a complex organizational structure.
• A demonstrated history of building relationships and articulating value propositions to diverse audiences to facilitate partner onboarding, expand the network, and enhance user value.
• Experience in mapping user journeys and translating member talent and partner hiring requirements into effective engagement strategies, platform workflows, and member cultivation opportunities.
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management skills with a capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Ability to identify and analyze digital engagement metrics and trends that inform strategic decisions.
