This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy, execution, and effectiveness throughout the organization.
• Develop and expand a high-performing recruiting structure encompassing outbound, inbound, sourcing, recruiting operations, and coordination.
• Implement a sourcing-driven hiring strategy aimed at enhancing passive candidate engagement and hiring quality.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to anticipate hiring needs, prioritize job requisitions, and align recruiting capabilities with business requirements.
• Create and oversee recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, time-to-first-qualified candidate, pipeline health, sourcing conversion, and hiring output.
• Ensure that recruiting operations infrastructure (ATS, reporting, workflows, dashboards) supports scalable and data-informed hiring decisions.
• Enhance recruiter productivity and efficiency through process design, tools, and improvements to the operating model.
• Establish strong practices for hiring manager engagement to boost the speed, quality, and consistency of hiring decisions.
• Supervise recruiting operations while ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational rigor.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team of at least 15+ members, with plans for growth.
• Constantly enhance candidate experience and employer brand perception in key talent markets.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive recruiting experience, including leadership roles in high-growth settings.
• Demonstrated success in scaling recruiting functions that support high-volume technical and operational hiring.
• Significant experience in leading recruiting organizations across both inbound and sourcing-driven models, with a focus on designing and scaling sourcing-first hiring systems in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing multi-layer recruiting teams comprising recruiters, sourcers, recruiting operations, and coordinators.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and workforce planning.
• Proven track record in building recruiting systems, processes, and operational frameworks at scale.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and talent prioritization in high-growth scenarios.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (Ashby is strongly preferred) and recruiting analytics tools.
• Exceptional ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, data center, engineering, or similar technical environments is strongly preferred.
