This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for spearheading enterprise market and competitive intelligence that guides strategic decision-making, supports growth and retention goals, and enhances the organization’s market presence.
• Identify, integrate, and oversee a variety of intelligence sources.
• Broaden monitoring and research capabilities to boost coverage of competitors, market trends, and emerging signals in real time.
• Perform proprietary and ad hoc research to aid strategic planning, validate strategic assumptions, and evaluate market opportunities.
• Experience in the pharmacy benefits management sector is essential.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in insights or strategy is necessary.
• A highly collaborative team player with the capability to work effectively across all departments to develop successful relationships with stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), along with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing diverse quantitative and qualitative data sources to uncover patterns, opportunities, and gaps.
• Lead the creation and advancement of the enterprise market and competitive intelligence program, encompassing frameworks, governance, processes, and communication with stakeholders.
• Encourage and promote a collaborative environment by organizing cross-functional and department-specific forums to consolidate and disseminate proprietary knowledge.
• Uphold high standards of communication and coordination, fostering a robust culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer orientation.
