
Director, Strategic Workforce Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create both short- and long-term capacity strategies that are in line with business demands, growth projections, and delivery obligations.
• Evaluate workload, utilization, and demand patterns to pinpoint gaps, risks, and potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with business, HR, and Finance teams to ensure capacity plans are in sync with workforce strategies and financial objectives.
• Develop and sustain forecasting models and planning scenarios to aid decision-making processes.
• Monitor actual capacity against planned figures and communicate any discrepancies and their effects.
• Generate regular capacity reports and insights for leadership review.
• Facilitate ongoing enhancements of capacity planning processes, tools, and data integrity.
• Assist in annual planning, quarterly assessments, and ad hoc scenario evaluations.
• Proven experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, or demand planning within a complex organizational structure.
• Capability to analyze data and convert insights into concise, actionable recommendations.
• Experience in constructing forecasts, models, or scenarios utilizing structured planning methodologies.
• Strong collaborative abilities with HR, Finance, and business teams.
• Experience in preparing reports or dashboards for leadership audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or similar planning software.
• Capacity to manage multiple planning inputs while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Preferred: background in a global or matrixed organization.
• Preferred: understanding of workforce management or applied intelligence concepts.
• Preferred: experience in supporting annual or long-range planning cycles.
• Preferred: knowledge of financial or headcount planning processes.
• Preferred: experience in enhancing planning processes or data governance.
