• Act as the primary strategic partner for designated client accounts, steering positioning, messaging, and brand representation.
• Lead the formulation of brand strategy throughout the product lifecycle, from initial positioning to launch and ongoing management.
• Collaborate closely with Account, Creative, and Medical teams to guarantee strategic alignment and excellence in execution.
• Convert scientific and market insights into clear, compelling, and actionable brand platforms and campaign strategies.
• Work together on and refine briefs that facilitate strong, effective creative output.
• Develop unique brand narratives that align with client goals and resonate with target audiences, including healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and consumers.
• Serve as a reliable strategic advisor to clients during product launches, brand transformations, and market-shaping initiatives.
• Propel insight generation through market research, converting findings into actionable strategies across messages, channels, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to set up pre-kickoff project plans and strategic guidelines.
• Create and implement brand planning tools and methodologies, including positioning workshops, journey mapping, segmentation, insights mining, and competitive evaluations.
• Assist in business development activities, including pitches and proposals, as necessary.
• Actively seek out opportunities for brand enhancement and differentiation.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to address issues and uncover new business prospects.
• Mentor and develop strategic talent as the function grows.
• Establish and refine best practices, frameworks, and processes for brand planning.
• Represent the agency with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative work culture.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is required.
• Over 7 years of experience in healthcare advertising or communications, with extensive expertise in brand strategy and planning, managing AOR HCP and patient/consumer accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in leading strategy for pharmaceutical brands throughout the product lifecycle, with a strong preference for pre-launch experience.
