
Director, Strategic Partnership – Ecosystem Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in defining and implementing Bracco’s global partnership strategy for the ecosystem, focusing on imaging, interventional, and clinical technology providers.
• Cultivate and sustain senior-level relationships with OEMs and strategic partners across various sectors, including business, product, engineering, clinical, and commercial organizations.
• Identify collaborative opportunities that enhance contrast media workflows, injectors, protocol management, AI applications, and workflow orchestration, as well as enterprise imaging integration.
• Facilitate the smooth integration of Bracco solutions into both imaging and clinical workflows.
• Oversee interoperability and co-development projects.
• Work in conjunction with internal R&D, software, digital health, regulatory, and product management teams to determine integration requirements and shape product roadmaps.
• Ensure compatibility and interoperability across various imaging platforms and clinical IT environments.
• Lead intricate cross-functional integration and partnership initiatives from inception to execution.
• Establish governance frameworks, milestones, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for executives.
• Monitor progress on multiple strategic initiatives while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Organize pilot projects, co-development efforts, clinical assessments, and customer implementations.
• Assist global and regional commercial teams with strategies related to partnerships and customer engagement.
• Create educational and training resources for sales teams, application specialists, and clinical personnel.
• Convert technical integrations into persuasive clinical, operational, and economic value propositions.
• Stay informed about trends in imaging ecosystems, AI integration, interoperability, enterprise imaging, and workflow orchestration.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Imaging, Healthcare Technology, Business, or a related field is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in medical imaging, healthcare technology, radiology, interventional imaging, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, or related healthcare sectors.
• A solid understanding of imaging and clinical workflows.
• Preferred experience working with imaging OEMs, interventional systems, enterprise imaging platforms, injectors, contrast media, molecular imaging agents, or AI solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing strategic partnerships, alliance management, product integration, ecosystem development, or leading cross-functional programs.
• Experience in navigating complex international stakeholder environments.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities and business acumen.
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to connect technical, clinical, and commercial domains effectively.
• Proficient project and program management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to function effectively in highly matrixed global organizations.
