This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the strategic architect for growth in collaboration with advanced AI and LLM partners.
• Spearhead efforts to broaden our presence within the 'Mag7' and frontier model laboratories.
• Collaborate across functions with other Sales leaders, Solutioning, and AI Operations to ensure a cohesive approach.
• Serve as a strategic anchor for AI partners, co-developing their innovation roadmaps.
• Foster a high-touch engagement model to integrate TaskUs into the client's ecosystem.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and present the latest TaskUs services to them.
• Collaborate with Solutions and AI Services teams to transform complex client requirements into actionable solutions.
• Keep abreast of the AI industry by tracking emerging trends and observing competitor activities.
• Propel significant revenue growth within leading AI and LLM organizations.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B account management within AI services, customer success, business development, or client services in AI organizations.
• Proven ability to proactively create new opportunities through relationship building, in-person events, and ecosystem engagement.
• Established history of managing and expanding a portfolio of accounts using a structured and scalable strategy.
• Experience working with technical or product-focused clients and translating their requirements into talent or service solutions.
• Enthusiasm for actively participating in and influencing the startup and AI community.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills; adept at navigating ambiguity while providing structure through processes and execution.
• Proficiency in data fluency, including the use of dashboards and metrics to guide strategy and performance.
• Commitment to delivering high-value customer experiences and aligning internal teams around client success.
