This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a partnership strategy aimed at ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family offices, multi-family offices, private concierge firms, and trusted advisors catering to UHNW individuals and their entities.
• Initiate and facilitate successful virtual and face-to-face meetings with strategically sourced partners.
• Independently identify and engage principals, family office executives, chiefs of staff, and senior leaders in concierge services to convert lifestyle, security, and business requirements into tailored private aviation solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technology and operations teams to guarantee that Elevate’s booking platform is seamlessly integrated into partner ecosystems, maintaining service quality while continuing to innovate.
• Oversee the onboarding process and program launches for clients across all tiers.
• Provide oversight and involvement in resolving client issues, service recovery, and addressing sensitive operational needs.
• Represent Elevate Jet discreetly at pertinent industry events, private gatherings, and relationship-focused engagements.
• Continuously enhance understanding of client expectations, service trends, and competitive offerings to guide solution development.
• Foster exceptional client satisfaction, loyalty, and the growth of long-term partnerships.
• Organize regular business review meetings to articulate the status of programs, strategic goals, project developments, and other performance indicators.
• Maintain a comprehensive pipeline within the CRM, ensuring precise forecasting, reporting, and executive visibility at all times.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with globally distributed teams to provide seamless enterprise implementations and ongoing program support.
• Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to key stakeholders for timely billing and reporting purposes.
• Maintain appropriate levels of engagement with client issues that require resolution, including invoices, accounts receivable, and service incidents.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with family offices, multi-family offices, concierge firms, or similar luxury service environments is required.
• Demonstrated success in developing partnerships within the luxury service sector.
• Experience in private charter or aviation services is preferred.
• Background in aligning technology-driven solutions with customized service delivery models.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
