This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee a team of 4-5 strategic engagement leads while also managing 1-2 accounts in a player-coach capacity.
• Function as an effective scaler by offering real-time support to your direct reports for their account portfolios, alongside coaching and career development.
• Drive business-relevant functional projects that promote growth and scalability.
• Act as a consultative, strategic advisor, facilitating client success and ensuring the acceleration of value within your portfolio.
• Approach with curiosity and delve deeply into understanding the goals and strategies of our customers, as well as how our solutions and products align with those objectives.
• Excel in advanced program management and decision-making, striking a balance between thoughtful analysis and swift execution, while knowing when and how to effectively escalate complex edge cases.
• Influence the future lifetime value through increased product adoption, enhanced customer satisfaction, and improved overall health scores.
• Flourish in a dynamic, continuous improvement environment, embracing ambiguity and gray areas, while striving to provide clarity and scalability for both customers and the business.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to surface insights that inform product and sales strategies across account teams for your portfolio accounts.
• Adopt a self-service-first approach to problem-solving and addressing questions both internally and externally.
• Be a demonstrated communicator and presenter, dedicated to fostering strong internal and external relationships through passion, empathy, and diligence.
• Contribute to fostering a company-wide culture centered on customer-centricity.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles (required).
• At least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
• Proven capability to establish deep, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Experienced strategic program and project manager focused on connecting the dots with client value at the forefront of all initiatives.
• Adept at expanding relationships beyond direct contacts through effective rapport-building.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, high-value customer accounts.
• Strategic thinker who identifies cross-customer trends to shape compelling value propositions.
• Effective and empathetic communicator, both internally and externally.
• Previous experience in one or more of the following areas (required):
• Experience in RWD health analytic companies, CROs, or systems integrators within the healthcare sector.
• Application of RWD and RWE in the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain.
• Understanding of drug development processes and/or clinical trials.
