This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the creation and execution of sales force strategies, encompassing targeting, sizing, alignment, and incentive compensation planning.
• Evaluate various data sources, KPIs, trends, and market events to deliver strategic insights regarding business performance.
• Process, analyze, and visualize patient claims data to ensure reliable reporting on essential metrics.
• Guarantee the accurate and timely provision of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for the brand.
• Assist commercial initiatives and product performance evaluations with pertinent analytics and insights.
• Effectively communicate the health of the business and insights, offering strategic guidance to leadership.
• Facilitate pre-launch planning and execution through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create KPIs and tracking tools.
• Design and execute field operation requirements, including CRM, Power BI reporting, and targeting lists.
• Aid in the development of the company's Data Warehouse and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Establish and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards for various internal stakeholders.
• Utilize predictive modeling to improve and optimize business outcomes.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth while mentoring team members.
• Uphold the highest standards in commercial data, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaborate closely with various functional stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with data vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• For Director: Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, or data science.
• For Senior Director: Minimum of 10–12+ years of pertinent experience with escalating leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in supporting biopharmaceutical commercial organizations, including sales, marketing, market access, or patient services analytics.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to support commercial strategy, performance reporting, and launch readiness.
• Proficient in SQL and analytics programming languages (Python or R).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
