This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee account relationships with Highland’s National Account partners.
• Spearhead top-down projects and initiatives in collaboration with Sales Management, Operations, Commissions, and IT teams.
• Manage business analytics for the distribution channel.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact and relationship manager for corporate customers of Strategic Accounts.
• Support the Highland sales team regarding dedicated account issues.
• Foster proactive business development initiatives with account heads and Sales Management.
• Collaborate with Sales Management on Sales VP engagement, account lead initiatives, carrier partnership efforts, and VP territory analysis and reassignments.
• Conduct business development with Account Centers of Influence (COIs) in conjunction with the Sales Team.
• Direct account-specific initiatives, which include Internal VP Huddle Calls, targeted marketing campaigns, and in-market meetings.
• Identify growth opportunities and devise strategies for additional product lines, digital resources, and marketing capabilities.
• Manage Sales VP territory and account assignments.
• Develop and maintain Account Partnership Business Plans.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new Sales VPs regarding account landscape, suitability, and compliance regulations using the Account Playbook.
• Provide reporting and support during monthly management calls, including dashboard analytics, VP activity summaries, and field conflict resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in insurance relationship management, banking, or general agency brokerage is highly preferred.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Skilled in technical writing and quality assurance.
• Proficient in the standard MS Office suite.
• Capable of quickly learning new software platforms.
• Understanding of HCB product carrier and broker dealer customer products and terminology is essential.
• Must be able to comprehend and articulate insurance compensation arrangements.
• Capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting common journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond effectively to common inquiries from producers, carriers, and other staff members.
• Proficient in presenting information effectively to producers, carriers, and management representatives.
• Skilled in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret a wide variety of instructions presented in either verbal or diagrammatic form.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with minimal supervision while demonstrating a positive and professional demeanor.
