This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the weekly and monthly performance management of the Stills portfolio, including revenue, volume, share, and transaction reporting.
• Track Stills execution against objectives across various channels, making necessary adjustments and providing strategic insights.
• Implement the Stills commercial strategy and plans in collaboration with franchise bottling partners, ensuring effective local market activation.
• Work on contingency planning for Stills, guaranteeing the achievement of annual targets across revenue, volume, share, net outlets, SOVI, and pricing.
• Develop standardized capability-building approaches for Stills, tailored to bottler segmentation and category maturity.
• Evaluate bottler commercial capabilities for Stills, identifying deficiencies and spearheading action plans to address them.
• Organize Stills training and development initiatives to enhance processes, scorecards, and business routines necessary for executing the category plan.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Stills across Large Store, Small Store, and FSOP, collaborating with Directors and bottler sales teams for effective plan execution.
• Analyze Stills market conditions and competitive activities, recognizing program effectiveness and obstacles to implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a CPG organization with responsibility for direct sales, key account or franchise management, including P&L oversight.
• Experience as a Business Partner with direct Bottler or manufacturing experience within the Food and Beverage sector.
• Proficiency in annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management, with a proven record of achieving positive revenue outcomes.
• Show enthusiasm for selling, negotiating, and building relationships in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Familiarity with channel marketing, syndicated market research, and competitive analysis.
• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities and strategic leadership skills.
• Knowledge of distribution centers is advantageous.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes and be persuasive is ideal.
