This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Utilize a comprehensive knowledge of clinical development, spanning protocol design and development to trial execution, to ensure training sessions are relevant and impactful for end users across diverse therapeutic areas and study designs.
• Facilitate workshops with customer user groups (Clinical Scientists, Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Medical Writers) focusing on end user training for self-sufficiency, empowering customers to independently utilize the Faro Platform.
• Create and update training and self-service resources for clients based on their software usage, collaborating with the Product Experience team to ensure consistency in client enablement.
• Conduct beta testing of new platform features from the end user perspective and provide structured feedback to the Product team to guide the roadmap, applying your professional clinical trial experience to draw contextually relevant conclusions about using the Faro solutions.
• Oversee and develop a team of Solutions Onboarding Specialists/Managers who provide platform training and assist with customer onboarding and adoption, as well as Data Associates who ensure the accurate configuration and labeling of clinical content within the Faro Platform.
• This role may require occasional travel for team and company meetings, as well as to customer sites for training and workshops as requested.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in physical or life sciences or a statistics-related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research or drug development, with enough protocol-level knowledge to understand and contextualize customer workflows; prior roles as a Clinical Scientist, Clinical Program Manager, Study Manager, CRA, CTM, or Data Manager at a sponsor, CRO, or clinical site are preferred.
• Experience in designing or delivering clinical training programs or user enablement initiatives; familiarity with instructional design principles is an advantage.
• Proven ability to create externally facing training materials for end users (such as user guides, how-to videos, quick reference cards, and FAQ documents) and to conduct direct training for end users on software platforms.
• At least 5 years of experience in team management.
• Familiarity with clinical trial technologies (including EDC, IRT, CTMS, ePRO, eCOA, eConsent, TMF) and regulatory requirements, sufficient to understand and contextualize customer workflows during training.
