This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Act as the strategic architect for outsourcing proposals related to Data Centers.
• Lead the development of thorough outsourcing solutions for potential Data Center clients.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and marketing to create customized proposals.
• Oversee essential deliverables such as solution design, cost modeling, and risk documentation.
• Engage in site tours and client-facing discovery sessions to assess needs.
• Support sales leadership during the contracting phase to identify the best business terms.
• Coordinate solution resources across various locations to ensure uniform quality.
• Develop and maintain financial models that illustrate client value and JLL profitability.
• Recognize financial and delivery risks, ensuring solutions strike a balance between competitiveness and acceptability.
• Prior operational experience in a Data Center setting is essential.
• Knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management is highly preferred.
• Outstanding listening abilities with the capacity to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong presentation skills with the adaptability to modify style for varied audiences.
• Familiarity with commercial pricing and financial knowledge to build, interpret, and communicate complex value propositions.
• Extensive understanding of real estate outsourcing models and principles of solution design.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback during presentation rehearsals and role-playing activities.
• Skill in pinpointing growth opportunities throughout the pursuit process.
• Capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure best practices are consistently applied across all deals.
• Strong analytical skills for benchmarking, estimating, and risk assessment.
