Director, Software Engineer, Finance Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop forecasting frameworks and planning tools.

• Oversee teams in creating advanced data infrastructure.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers.

• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend solutions.

• Champion the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of analytics engines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Minimum of 7 years in software engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing teams.

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering is preferred.

• More than 5 years of experience in Agile practices is preferred.

• Familiarity with interactive AI tools to enhance productivity.
