This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the strategic development and tactical execution for a business portfolio.
• Act as the primary social media advisor to account personnel and external clients.
• Identify, secure, and expand both organic growth and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with fellow Directors and the Senior Director on team planning, development, and internal training.
• Promote social media adoption through internal education, knowledge sharing, and communication initiatives.
• Function as the main subject matter expert and project leader for a business portfolio, working with clients to keep abreast of social media trends and technologies.
• Assist clients in achieving their marketing goals within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Engage in and lead team meetings, producing documentation and articles to support the team and EVERSANA INTOUCH as a whole.
• Ensure that client initiatives are executed on schedule, within budget, and meet targeted objectives.
• Foster strong partner relationships and contribute to clients' strategic challenges, marketing efforts, and educational needs related to new media.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including business development, project management, account personnel, business systems analysis, creative, user experience, analytics, search, CRM, and development.
• Manage projects, perform research, and effectively handle time management.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education combined with professional experience) is required.
• Approximately 10+ years of relevant industry experience or experience in consultative and agency roles; experience in pharmaceuticals is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in marketing and advertising, with a focus on digital strategy, media, and technology.
• Practical experience with social media and technology.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to work effectively in a team setting.
• Excellent client relations and business development skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
• Ability to delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members.
• Supervisory and mentoring capabilities for team development.
• Demonstrated business development success with proven revenue growth.
• Proven skills in vendor negotiation and relationship management.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and writing abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven capacity to manage projects both independently and collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes.
• Some travel may be required for client meetings, new business presentations, and periodic agency collaboration meetings.
