This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the strategy, governance, and advancement of Cencora's enterprise skills framework, which encompasses taxonomy, proficiency models, and the management of the skills lifecycle.
• Implement standards, processes, and governance to create a reliable and scalable skills framework.
• Align skills with evolving business objectives, workforce requirements, and market developments.
• Supervise the strategy, configuration, and enhancement of the Talent Marketplace.
• Create experiences for identifying career opportunities, projects, mentors, and developmental pathways.
• Foster adoption and engagement with skills-based talent practices.
• Collaborate with HR Technology, People Analytics, Learning, external vendors, and various business functions.
• Lead the integration of skills and talent data across HR, learning, and marketplace systems.
• Ensure smooth data flow and consistent talent decision-making.
• Propel the evolution of skills inference, talent profiles, and skills-based insights.
• Set benchmarks for data quality, platform performance, and ecosystem efficiency.
• Convert data into actionable insights regarding workforce and talent.
• Identify opportunities to utilize emerging technologies and marketplace capabilities.
• Manage strategic vendor partnerships and ensure realization of value.
• Advocate for skills-based talent practices throughout the organization.
• Develop a reliable skills foundation that supports talent, learning, and workforce processes.
• Enhance the visibility of skills, career opportunities, and developmental pathways.
• Facilitate informed talent and workforce decision-making.
• Create an ecosystem that promotes internal mobility, workforce agility, and development of future capabilities.
• Establish scalable governance and operational practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, industrial-organizational psychology, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• Over 8 years of experience in leading enterprise talent, skills, career development, or talent management initiatives.
• Familiarity with skills-based talent strategies, workforce transformation, and internal mobility practices.
• Experience with HRIS, talent marketplace, skills intelligence, or workforce planning platforms.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing extensive talent, skills, or workforce programs.
• Experience collaborating across HR, technology, analytics, and business functions.
• Strong capabilities in program leadership, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
• Experience in managing external vendors and strategic alliances.
• Certification in human resources, talent management, leadership development, or organizational development is preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday and/or Phenom is a plus.
