Director, Site Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all operations within a cannabis manufacturing facility.

• Hold primary responsibility for safety, quality, compliance, productivity, and team management.

• Manage the facility's budget effectively.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead a diverse team during periods of rapid growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.

• Direct oversight of a workforce exceeding 100 individuals.

• Experience in consumer packaged goods is essential.

• Responsible for P&L management.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (MBA is preferred).

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.

• Experience in cannabis, horticulture, or laboratory processing is a plus.
