Director, Service Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the analytics strategy for service delivery, customer operations, and physician billing revenue cycle initiatives.

• Establish and nurture high-performing analytics teams along with emerging leaders.

• Collaborate with executives, operational teams, and clients to convert insights into actionable strategies.

• Manage reporting, key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, governance, and performance frameworks.

• Employ Epic Clarity and revenue cycle analytics to pinpoint enhancement opportunities in billing performance.

• Conduct root-cause analysis, assess impact, and implement corrective measures.

• Promote data quality, automation, scalability, and AI-driven analytics capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; equivalent experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in leading analytics and reporting efforts.

• Experience in strategic, client-facing analytics leadership is essential.

• Proficiency in translating complex revenue cycle data into operational accountability and business outcomes.

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing and/or PB Clarity Data Model certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with Epic Clarity and revenue cycle analytics is necessary.

• Experience in reporting, KPIs, dashboards, governance, and performance frameworks is required.

• Background in data quality, automation, scalability, and AI-enabled analytics capabilities is essential.
