This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Achieve annual bookings and revenue targets for key semiconductor clients, overseeing over $100M in yearly business.
• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of strategic account managers dedicated to leading semiconductor accounts.
• Create and implement detailed global account strategies in collaboration with account managers, business units, regional sales teams, service teams, and senior executives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders within customer organizations, including executives, technical experts, procurement officials, operations leaders, and manufacturing heads.
• Discover new growth avenues by comprehending customer roadmaps, technological shifts, manufacturing hurdles, and innovative semiconductor applications.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and facilitate customer adoption across relevant products, services, and solutions for semiconductor clients.
• Conduct strategic business reviews with customers and internal teams to evaluate performance, uncover growth prospects, and address challenges.
• Assist in complex commercial negotiations, contract discussions, pricing strategies, and long-term partnership agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and clear ownership regarding customer priorities.
• Deliver timely and precise forecasting, reporting, and business updates to senior management and business units.
• Promote disciplined use of CRM tools, including Salesforce, to manage pipeline, opportunities, customer interactions, and business performance.
• Oversee, manage, and control team expenses in accordance with business objectives.
• Encourage a culture of teamwork, execution, accountability, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a technical degree and/or MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of proven success in sales, business development, or strategic account management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and managing large, intricate strategic accounts.
• Extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong grasp of semiconductor technology, market dynamics, customer requirements, and industry trends.
• Strong commercial capabilities, encompassing strategic selling, negotiation, contract management, pricing, and complex deal execution.
• Experience in a multinational, matrixed organization.
• Capacity to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent analytical, business planning, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding executive presence, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to execute with urgency, discipline, and accountability.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagement and internal business requirements.
