This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the regional Application support teams to deliver outstanding remote assistance for critical SAP applications.
• Foster team skills and uphold high client satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a virtual environment.
• Handle client escalation scenarios proficiently.
• Offer expertise during the sales process to assist the sales team.
• Motivate SAP Developers, Support Engineers, and Product Support Engineers to provide high-quality service.
• Enhance processes and procedures to meet both local and global support organizational requirements.
• Over 15 years of relevant experience with SAP Applications.
• More than 10 years of direct support for application end-users in a corporate setting.
• At least 10 years of experience managing Senior Level IT resources and teams.
• Profound technical expertise in the SAP Suite of products.
• Familiarity with localizations, including architecture, implementation, and key functionalities.
• Experience serving as a trusted advisor to Senior Executive Leadership teams.
• Comprehensive experience in full life-cycle implementation, configuration, and/or administration.
• Understanding of SAP maintenance/patching processes and application architecture.
• Proven track record of resolving complex issues across multiple modules.
• Working knowledge of ITIL methodology and case management principles.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
