This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develops, executes, evaluates, and refines a strategic or operational plan that facilitates the attainment of business objectives in alignment with the overall Ping strategy.
• Utilizes tools such as territory planning, account strategies, opportunity assessments, pipeline oversight, account evaluations, and forecast discussions.
• Guides and mentors the sales team on effectively positioning and communicating Ping Identity’s value proposition to enterprise clients, thereby enhancing the average deal size.
• Recognizes and seeks out opportunities to broaden business activities within designated areas of responsibility.
• Engages with GSIs and other partners to assist in sourcing, developing, and advancing business opportunities.
• Manages and oversees expenses related to the area of responsibility, even if not directly accountable for the overall cost center.
• Cultivates relationships with external stakeholders to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Familiar with Ping Identity’s systems and processes, ensuring effective utilization and adherence to standard business practices and tools (i.e., SFDC – SalesForce.com).
• Articulates Ping Identity’s vision and aligns team and individual objectives to drive business outcomes.
• Offers direction and mentorship, fostering the development of the field team.
• Embodies teamwork and encourages cross-functional collaboration.
• Recruits, builds, and nurtures the team to achieve business outcomes; identifies, cultivates, and promotes high-potential employees.
• Makes recommendations and/or approves decisions related to personnel – including hiring, promotions, merit increases, rewards & recognition, and training programs.
• Facilitates the performance review and development planning process through annual and quarterly evaluation meetings.
• Possesses established multi-vertical C-level contacts within large enterprise organizations.
• Maintains a robust partner/SI network and is experienced in collaborating with partners on projects.
• Develops relationships with customers (both internal and external) as needed, providing escalation management for problem resolution.
• Supports customer relationship management as necessary and spearheads initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Initiates efforts that lead to improvements in customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated success in leading sales teams focused on the Middle East region.
• Proficient in enterprise software, SaaS, managed services, and strategic account management.
• Results-driven with several years of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Willingness to travel to the Middle East region as required.
• Experience transitioning a team from on-premise solutions to SaaS offerings.
• Skilled in operating within a rapidly expanding global organization.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to align and nurture positive working relationships across the organization.
