This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead, support, and motivate a diverse group of geographically distributed Regional Sales Managers.
• Attract high-caliber talent and foster their professional growth.
• Empower your team to succeed in both acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts.
• Create a comprehensive business plan aimed at exceeding sales targets.
• Oversee and sustain the sales ecosystem from lead generation to deal closure.
• Contribute significantly to the development of the Go-To-Market strategy, reporting directly to the VP of Sales.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading Enterprise sales teams.
• A proven record of achieving sales targets consistently on an annual basis.
• Experience in managing sales teams that sell through security channel partners.
• Proficient in navigating complex sales cycles.
• Experience in SAAS sales, including cloud services, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
• Proven track record of successfully closing large deals with major enterprises (Fortune 1000).
• Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Experience in developing sales pipelines and opening new accounts.
• Bonus points/Preferred Skills: Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning.
