This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sell & Lead with commitment - Own the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing.
• Utilize Your Network - Bring and grow your own substantial portfolio of installer and distribution connections to enhance market presence and sales speed.
• Advocate for Customer Excellence - Center the customer in all activities. Understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and cultivate long-term trust and loyalty.
• Drive Revenue Growth - Create and implement strategic sales and business plans to consistently surpass revenue goals.
• Position with Confidence - Articulate the value proposition of our storage solutions, both technically and commercially, with assurance.
• Collaborate Internally - Work closely with internal teams—including marketing, operations, product, and executive leadership—to deliver a cohesive, top-tier customer experience.
• Represent Eternal Planet - Serve as the face of the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer interactions.
• At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales within the solar, energy storage, or cleantech sectors.
• A strong personal network of EPCs, installers, and partners ready for engagement.
• Proven sales success, with clear evidence of independently closing complex, high-value transactions.
• In-depth technical expertise in residential battery storage systems (experience with string inverters is a plus).
• Proficiency in both German and English, with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with a dedication to customer success.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, capable of engaging across all organizational levels.
• A collaborative team player focused on ensuring alignment and efficiency across departments.
