This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of quota-bearing Account Executives, fostering both performance and career advancement.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, ongoing coaching, and exceptional execution.
• Collaborate with sales representatives throughout the sales process, offering deal strategy, executive backing, and escalation support to facilitate the closure of strategic opportunities.
• Establish uniformity in pipeline management, forecasting, evaluation, and overall sales execution.
• Oversee sales enablement to ensure the team possesses the necessary skills, messaging, and tools for success.
• Work closely with Revenue Operations to enhance processes, reporting, forecasting, and overall operational excellence.
• Partner with Marketing to enhance top-of-funnel performance, elevate lead quality and conversion rates, provide market insights, and align on campaigns, messaging, and pipeline generation efforts.
• Collaborate across departments with Account Management, Customer Success, and Onboarding to guarantee seamless customer transitions and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Engage directly in customer meetings, executive presentations, product demonstrations, and key negotiations as necessary.
• Assist in refining our sales methodology, onboarding, and coaching programs as we continue to expand.
• Relay customer feedback and market insights to the Product, Marketing, and leadership teams to shape company strategy.
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing B2B sales teams, including direct oversight of quota-bearing Account Executives.
• Demonstrated ability to coach sales representatives through complex opportunities and enhance team performance through continuous feedback and development.
• Strong foundations in sales leadership, encompassing forecasting, pipeline management, deal assessment, and operational discipline.
• Executive presence and outstanding communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities may shift and leaders are expected to be hands-on.
• Experience in selling relationship-driven solutions to mid-market organizations.
• Ability to adjust communication and leadership approach to suit a diverse range of customer personalities and organizational dynamics.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support customers, the sales team, and company initiatives.
