This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Responsible for the complete commercial operations in Western India, including identifying potential customers, securing inquiries, converting them into orders, managing customer interactions during delivery, and ensuring cash collection.
• Utilizes the Company's regional and global presence to enhance brand value and expand business opportunities.
• Takes ownership of and implements both the Strategic (Mid to Long Term) and Operating (Current Year) Sales Plans.
• Develops and carries out the Key Account Management Plan.
• Collaborates with other functional teams within the Company (Engineering, Operations, Services) to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or any engineering discipline is mandatory.
• An MBA (Master of Business Administration) is preferred.
• A total of 12-15 years of experience, with at least 6-8 years in a leadership position in Sales or Business Development is essential.
• Proven experience in solution sales of capital equipment or industrial products, such as pumps, filters, valves, pressure vessels, and compressors, is required.
• Target industries or sectors include petrochemicals, oil and gas, process, chemicals, fertilizers, etc.
• Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is advantageous.
