This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of quarterly and annual pipeline objectives aligned with sales quotas.

• Contribute to bookings through Marketing-sourced and Marketing-influenced pipeline efforts — the key metric.

• Conduct quarterly pipeline forecasting and weekly variance analysis.

• Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic plans for Top 100 and Mid-Market accounts.

• Manage the integrated planning process on a quarterly basis: target accounts, strategies, channels, content, and metrics.

• Establish the team's operational rhythm — including weekly pipeline reviews, bi-weekly play retrospectives, and monthly performance evaluations.

• Implement and oversee AI agents that enhance the team's capabilities (Account Briefing, Content Atomization, Pipeline Hygiene, Workflow Audit).

• Act as marketing's principal liaison with SDR and AE leadership, enhancing marketing-to-sales feedback mechanisms.

• Manage the SFDC Engagement Cockpit operating guidelines in partnership with Marketing Ops and SDR managers.

• Facilitate discussions on SAL-to-SQL accountability with sales, relying on data rather than opinions.

• Share responsibility for executing the Acceleration Plan in collaboration with the CRO's office.

• Create dashboard visibility into speed-to-lead metrics and campaign impact.

• Oversee daily operations of HubSpot, HG Insights, ZoomInfo Marketing, Metadata.io, and the SFDC Engagement Cockpit.

• Regularly assess new tools and AI functionalities; recommend additions or changes on a quarterly basis.

• Supervise direct reports across Campaign Management, Paid Media, Content Operations, and Field Marketing.

• Define execution cadence and accountability structures.

• Prioritize initiatives based on revenue impact and resource limitations.

• Cultivate and mentor team members to become strategic operators.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in B2B marketing, with at least 4 years focusing on pipeline as a core metric.

• Direct experience leading an ABM-centric marketing function at a B2B enterprise software company within the $50M to $300M ARR range.

• Proven success in managing a team of 5 or more marketing professionals across diverse specialties (campaign, paid, content, field).

• Demonstrated ability to enhance SAL-to-SQL or equivalent funnel conversion at scale.

• Strong proficiency in: SFDC, HubSpot (or similar MAP), HG Insights or 6sense or Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Metadata.io or comparable ABM orchestration tools.

• Established fluency in AI/agent applications — experience in building or managing AI workflows that yield measurable productivity or quality improvements.

• Experience collaborating closely with sales and SDR leadership on shared pipeline accountability.
