This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Facilitate discussions to assess customer needs and create customized applications of products and services.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to evaluate leads, outline project scope, and agree on target closing timelines.
• Design and deliver persuasive sales presentations, including product demonstrations, webinars, and in-person technical sessions.
• Assist Business Development throughout the entire pre-sales process, including solution positioning, sandbox evaluations, and strategic utilization of technology capabilities.
• Aid in the preparation of technical and application-focused RFI/RFP responses.
• Ensure a seamless transition of new accounts to the Delivery and Operations teams.
• Engage in sales forecasting and pipeline planning initiatives.
• Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Travel as necessary to facilitate customer interactions, events, and global team collaboration.
• Adapt to support sponsors and colleagues across various time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Respiratory Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience in technical sales, consulting, or solution-oriented selling within life sciences, CRO, or biotech settings.
• Strong skills in client relationship management along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in supporting clinical trial technologies, data management solutions, or other related web-based applications.
• Demonstrated capability to present, conduct product demonstrations, and engage in technical discussions with varied audiences.
• Familiarity with formal sales methodologies and experience in structured sales environments.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation and contributing to RFI/RFP processes.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global and remote teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and virtual presentation platforms (e.g., WebEx or similar).
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
