This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee scientific operations activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
• Create protocols for clinical studies.
• Prepare clinical development plans.
• Draft clinical scientific documents including IND, IND amendments, Investigator’s Brochures, Annual Reports, and other FDA submissions.
• Monitor, conduct data reviews, and summarize safety and efficacy data from ongoing studies.
• Provide assistance with study design for exploratory development.
• Lead the clinical matrix teams for assigned compounds.
• Represent exploratory development on project teams.
• Build relationships with relevant consultants.
• Write abstracts and present data at scientific meetings, both internally and externally.
• Act as a liaison to project teams, CROs, and other stakeholders.
• Degree in a scientific or life sciences field; Pharm.D. or Ph.D. preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in oncology research or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading clinical development programs in oncology, preferably at a late stage.
• Familiarity with global regulatory interactions and submissions (FDA, EMA, or other agencies).
• Strong knowledge of oncology clinical endpoints, trial design, and statistical considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment and influence without direct authority.
• A history of scientific publications and/or conference presentations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and scientific writing capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimal travel (approximately 15%) may be required with prior approval.
