This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage high-quality Enterprise sales cycles across the Buy-Side and Sell-Side sectors, which includes Asset Managers, Investment Banks, and Sell-Side Equity Research firms, with a focus on regional initiatives targeting the UK and Europe in these specified segments.
• Identify and initiate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients.
• Qualify potential clients and generate demand at both client and prospect levels.
• Create compelling value propositions that are customized to meet client business needs.
• Negotiate and finalize intricate agreements.
• Meet assigned quotas by pursuing new clients, focusing primarily on acquiring new logos and promoting offshoring services such as Investment Research, Portfolio Monitoring, Market Research, ESG Research and Data Management, Investment Data Management and Reporting, Data Analytics, Automation, and Visualization.
• Present pitches to executive-level stakeholders, including Heads of Research, Chief Investment Officers, Chief Operations Officers, and other CXO-level executives.
• Ensure thorough client coverage by utilizing the global delivery model and engaging subject matter experts and solution teams based offshore.
• Achieve set revenue targets while nurturing and enhancing customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• This role requires travel.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in selling services to decision-makers within the buy-side and sell-side sectors.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience is essential.
• Previous experience in a Front Office role at a Bank and/or Asset Manager is advantageous.
• Relevant regional knowledge in the UK and Europe is required.
• Possesses a 'Hunter DNA' characterized by ambition, urgency, confidence, perseverance, optimism, resilience, and a strong capacity and desire to influence others.
• Demonstrated ability to influence key decision-makers throughout the complete sales process.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in creative problem-solving, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.
• Experienced in spearheading sales initiatives, crafting proposals, and successfully closing deals.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with a strong focus and meticulous attention to detail.
