This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Provide leadership and hands-on management for client projects through all stages, encompassing project scoping, proposal formulation, study execution, analysis, reporting, and result presentations.
• Develop compelling proposals that employ persuasive research methodologies aligned with clients’ business goals, while also distinguishing Egg from competitors.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze, synthesize, and convert data into actionable insights (e.g., cluster analysis, factor analysis, key driver analysis, MaxDiff, etc.).
• Employ data to create a clear and persuasive narrative that fosters empathy and enhances storytelling (i.e., includes the what, so what, and now what) to transform research into actionable implications for clients.
• Supervise the development of engaging presentations and conduct activation workshops that instill confidence in our clients, guiding them to make informed and strategic business decisions.
• During activation sessions, showcase the ability to dynamically apply data to connect insights, make strategic leaps, and facilitate productive discussions.
• Operate independently when needed to drive progress, while also working collaboratively as a leader within a team to effectively mentor junior staff.
• Serve as a trusted partner capable of nurturing and expanding client relationships by cultivating a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ business context within the competitive landscape, and applying this knowledge to shape project approaches and outcomes.

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, social sciences, business, or a related field is required.
• A graduate-level degree in quantitative research analytics or a related area is preferred.
• A minimum of 10+ years of strategic thinking, quantitative research management, and consulting experience with CPG, Lifestyle, and/or Healthcare brands, ideally within a market research consultancy.
• Preferably, 12+ years of related experience.
• Experience in overseeing the complete market research cycle, including survey design, fieldwork and data management, data analysis, interpretation, and recommendations development, as well as reporting and presenting.
• Proficiency in various quantitative market research methodologies, such as segmentation, attitude and usage studies, choice modeling, and concept testing.
• Experience in creating and implementing customized quantitative market research methodologies to address unique client business inquiries.
• Ability to analyze data and convert it into high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey research findings, generating impactful consumer insights through data analysis and engaging thought-provoking headlines.
• Demonstrated capability to think beyond the data (“the what”) and derive the strategic implications of the insights (“the so what”).
• Previous experience in team management, mentoring, and training is essential.
