This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Brand to create and implement strategies across public relations, partnerships, creators, community engagement, affiliate marketing, and brand experiences.
• Oversee the daily development and execution of the brands’ public relations and communication strategies throughout North America, with a particular focus on the U.S.
• Manage the public relations agency and other external partners, including briefs, priorities, timelines, reporting, and accountability.
• Lead proactive brand storytelling, media relations, corporate communications, key announcements, and reactive communications.
• Supervise Creator & Content Partnerships, including ambassador, user-generated content, paid influencer, and talent initiatives.
• Drive community-building projects to enhance consumer connections and promote brand advocacy.
• Oversee the planning and execution of brand in-real-life experiences and activations.
• Manage affiliate marketing programs and collaborations, encompassing ShopMy, PR affiliates, creator affiliates, and traditional affiliate programs.
• Identify and assess strategic partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Brand, Social, Growth, Creative, and Regional teams on integrated marketing plans and brand moments.
• Create briefs, plans, and presentations for cross-functional alignment and execution.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators across public relations, partnerships, creator programs, affiliate marketing, and events.
• Lead and develop a team of three by providing direction, prioritization, coaching, and growth opportunities.
• Develop scalable processes within the PR and Partnerships function.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Brand.
• Travel to the Toronto office approximately six times a year.
• 7–10 years of experience in public relations, communications, brand partnerships, influencer/creator marketing, or similar brand marketing roles.
• 2–4+ years of experience in managing and developing team members.
• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic public relations, communications, and/or partnership programs.
• Demonstrated experience in managing external agencies and partners.
• Established track record of identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, talent, or ambassador programs is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, community-building, and/or experiential marketing is beneficial.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience in managing budgets and external partners.
• Highly motivated, collaborative, and self-driven, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Some travel to the Toronto office approximately six times a year.
