This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated vascular groups within the relevant market, encompassing interventional cardiology groups performing vascular procedures.
• Develop and maintain productive, trustworthy relationships with key executives from health plans and provider groups, including C-level clinical and administrative leaders.
• Spearhead practice transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes in line with value-based care goals.
• Strategically foster relationships with clinical and administrative leaders to support business development efforts across essential health systems and vascular groups.
• Utilize advanced analytics to guide engagement strategies, track performance, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership in vascular groups to establish change management processes and assist with the necessary practice pull-through activities to implement change effectively at scale through project management.
• Influence internal clinical and operational transformations through effective communication, facilitation, and persuasion with practice leaders, physicians, APPs, and practice administrators.
• Create and deliver impactful leadership presentations to clinical and executive audiences to promote alignment and accountability.
• Oversee multiple markets, prioritizing and scaling engagement efforts to maximize program effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (such as product, medical, and strategic accounts) to address practice needs and launch new high-value initiatives.
• Organize education and training for vascular groups concerning new quality initiatives, working with relevant Evolent clinical subject matter experts and various technology integrations and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and medical teams to ensure consistency with the corporate cardiovascular strategy.
• Partner with Provider Engagement/Experience Market Managers to guarantee successful adoption and engagement of Evolent’s solutions (including prior authorization and clinical pathways) to ensure timely patient access to care and enhance provider satisfaction, as measured by CSAT and NPS scores.
• Assist in developing and executing innovative engagement opportunities, such as regional clinical symposiums and local provider experience advisory panels.
• Work alongside Evolent Strategic Account teams and payer clients to align priorities and provide high-quality provider network engagement and performance reporting, including presentations to health plan clients.
• Keep detailed records of practice interactions, transformation progress, initiatives, and market trends.
• Represent the organization at regional forums, clinical symposiums, and conferences while supporting business growth opportunities.
• At least 5+ years of experience in vascular medicine, holding leadership roles within clinical service lines, practice groups, national cardiovascular networks, or equivalent healthcare consulting experience.
• Proven clinical acumen with demonstrated experience in provider engagement, value-based care operations, and/or practice transformation.
• Strong vascular clinical background (e.g., PA, NP, or equivalent experience).
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare delivery operations, population health management best practices, with a track record of leading initiatives across clinical, operational, and financial domains in complex healthcare settings.
• Proven success in managing relationships with clinical and administrative leadership and driving clinical/operational change.
• Strong understanding of value-based care, healthcare delivery systems, and payment models.
• Established ability to create and present content to clinical and executive leaders.
• Highly adept at influencing and facilitating change in complex healthcare environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and drive action.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and prioritize work across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 20-40%.
