Director, Project Delivery – Early Phase, ClinPharm, Neuroscience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversees all assigned projects to guarantee that study launch, execution, and closeout are conducted in alignment with the contractual agreements of both the Customer and the company.

• Anticipates, prioritizes, and directs team efforts to meet sponsor deliverables timely, ensuring quality and adherence to the contracted scope and Customer expectations.

• Works in collaboration with the Therapeutic Strategy and Innovation team to provide operational insights that support proposal development and pricing strategies.

• Leads the preparation and facilitation of bid defense meetings.

• Actively guides junior project delivery oversight staff in developing leadership capabilities, customer management skills, and project management expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Early Phase/ClinPharm experience.

• Neuroscience experience is considered a plus.

• Familiarity with project management processes and methodologies is essential.

• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.

• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities are required.
