This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Spearhead the product marketing function for the enterprise B2B division.
• Take ownership of positioning, messaging, and the end-to-end go-to-market strategy.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing product marketing team.
• Establish the strategic agenda and operational rhythm for the function.
• Oversee budget management and vendor relationships.
• Provide counsel to the VP of Marketing and senior leaders in product, sales, and marketing.
• Integrate market, competitive, and customer insights into actionable recommendations.
• Own product positioning and messaging linked to business outcomes, revenue, and pipeline.
• Create a unified narrative across the multi-product and multi-solution portfolio.
• Develop messaging frameworks applicable across the company.
• Translate complex products and services into compelling value propositions.
• Generate sales enablement materials such as talk tracks, pitch guides, collateral, and case studies.
• Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, expansions, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, technology, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
• Refine messaging based on feedback from customers, the market, competitors, and field teams.
• Guide the creation of thought leadership and point-of-view content.
• Own measurable results and communicate progress to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
• At least 3 years of direct management experience with product marketers.
• Experience in B2B product marketing within services, software platforms, or complex enterprise offerings.
• Strong comprehension of B2B services and the purchasing decisions of senior leaders.
• Experience marketing to HR or L&D audiences.
• Proven track record in leading complete launches or market expansions.
• Experience in marketing high-value, intangible solutions.
• Proficiency in structured messaging frameworks.
• Solid understanding of enterprise sales processes.
• Capability to hire, coach, and retain product marketing talent.
• Experience in healthcare, finance, construction, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative, low-ego, and focused on outcomes.
• Data-informed and driven by insights.
• Comfortable engaging in technical conversations or discussions heavy on product details.
