Director, Product Manager – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead and expand a high-performing product management team within Cribl’s platform organization.

• Take ownership of the roadmap and execution for the Cribl Platform.

• Foster collaboration across engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and customers.

• Define and advance product strategy that integrates technical depth, business outcomes, and market growth.

• Ensure the platform is scalable, performs well, and is extensible.

• Create and implement frameworks for data-driven decision-making.

• Play a vital role in strategic planning, pricing, and go-to-market discussions.

• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and professional development of product managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management.

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in managing high-performing teams.

• Proven success in scaling enterprise SaaS and B2B software products.

• Experience in overseeing multiple product areas within a platform.

• Strong technical expertise.

• Robust go-to-market knowledge.

• Experience in cloud-native and hybrid enterprise environments.

• Proven ability in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring product managers.

• Customer-centric approach.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
