This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of the product vision and multi-year roadmap, ensuring a balance between business priorities and platform constraints.
• Prioritize enhancements by assessing their business value, associated risks, and enterprise-wide impact.
• Align the platform strategy with the operational objectives of Finance, Accounting, and HR.
• Establish and monitor KPIs (such as adoption rates, cycle time, automation levels, and cost efficiency) to guide prioritization and assess impact.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into scalable, standardized product functionalities.
• Drive improvements in processes and capabilities that enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Own the performance, stability, and scalability of the platform, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions.
• Oversee backlog management and delivery execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and capacity constraints.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, as well as data, integration, and security standards.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of integrations, data flows, and system dependencies to inform decision-making.
• Make clear and justifiable trade-off decisions regarding scope, timeline, cost, and technical complexity.
• Manage the relationship with the AMS vendor and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Define and uphold SLA/KPI frameworks (including backlog aging, MTTR, throughput, and quality measures).
• Hold vendors accountable for delivering measurable improvements in performance and responsiveness.
• Optimize the resource mix and cost-to-serve across both onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Lead a cross-functional platform team, establishing clear expectations for ownership and delivery performance.
• Cultivate a product-oriented culture that emphasizes outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Implement disciplined prioritization, governance, and execution practices.
• Encourage effective collaboration among business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP and/or HCM).
• Strong comprehension of Finance, Accounting, and HR operations.
• Preferred experience with Travel & Expense platforms such as Concur.
• 6–12+ years of experience in product management or enterprise application ownership.
• Experience in post-go-live ERP/HCM environments, focusing on stabilization and optimization.
• Proven ability to manage roadmaps, prioritize effectively, and align with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing AMS providers or external delivery partners.
• Proven capability to drive SLA adherence, control costs, and improve service quality.
• Familiarity with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models.
