Director, Product Management – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product strategy and implementation for the internal software suite that supports field deployment, camera installations, and permitting processes.

• Lead a team of Product Managers who are accountable for internal operational tools, steering portfolio-level trade-offs and roadmap planning.

• Collaborate with Operations executives to convert field deployment challenges into scalable software solutions, workflow enhancements, and effective AI automation.

• Work in tandem with Engineering, AI/Data Science, and Applications teams to integrate intelligent automation into installer and permitting systems.

• Create well-defined product engagement frameworks across implementation, delivery, customer interaction, and supportability product areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history of leading product managers and managing internal tools, operational systems, or technical platform products.

• Practical skills in redesigning complex workflows and implementing automation to enhance operational scale and execution quality.

• Strong product intuition with the capacity to navigate high-dependency environments and establish trust with executive operational stakeholders.

• Experience in participating in technical trade-off discussions and system architecture reasoning alongside Engineering, AI, and Data Science teams.

• Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing product management teams while remaining focused on execution details.
