This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the sales and acquisition strategy for Kapitus’s primary term product line
• Take ownership of the top-of-funnel product experience
• Expand merchant onboarding and improve sales enablement
• Drive acquisition integrations and establish referral channels
• Guide Product Owners and Business Analysts in developing product experiences aimed at lead generation and merchant growth
• Articulate product vision for the acquisition funnel and convert company strategy into product priorities
• Evaluate the financial implications of product decisions and pinpoint market opportunities
• Conduct user research and discovery utilizing personas and journey maps
• Create and execute A/B and multivariate tests to enhance conversion rates
• Monitor product metrics and apply insights to refine acquisition strategies
• Integrate AI into workflows and product development
• Supervise the product development lifecycle, product routines, scalable processes, and time-to-market
• Manage the roadmap for third-party and API integrations
• Collaborate with the Director of Product, Decisioning & Underwriting throughout the complete merchant journey
• Promote cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders
• Set KPIs, mentor the product team, disseminate knowledge, enhance team capabilities, and mediate conflicts
• 7–10+ years of extensive product management experience
• Minimum of 3+ years in a leadership or people management role
• Background in Fintech, B2B SaaS, or Small Business (SMB) Lending
• In-depth knowledge of the small business lending and fintech landscape
• Strong grasp of the B2B sales cycle, merchant acquisition, and optimization of the end-to-end customer journey
• Proven success in managing Growth or Acquisition product teams
• Experience in optimizing sales funnels, marketing technology, and CRM/Sales enablement tools, such as the Salesforce ecosystem
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools and enthusiastic about exploring AI within go-to-market strategies and product features
• Solid understanding of technical constraints and the balance between technical debt and new features
• Experience in managing complex third-party SaaS and API integrations
• Outstanding ability to secure buy-in, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and lead across engineering, design, and revenue-focused teams
