Director, Product Management – Head of Cal AI

• Take ownership and refine the product strategy and roadmap for Cal AI.

• Foster a culture of ongoing discovery and innovation.

• Ensure alignment among product, engineering, design, and data science teams.

• Establish clear communication regarding strategy, objectives, and priorities.

• Be responsible for the business performance of Cal AI.

• Contribute to the product operating model of MyFitnessPal.

• Over 10 years of experience in product leadership.

• Proven track record of successfully leading multiple squads or managing a product area.

• Experience in scaling an early-stage product effectively.

• An operator's mindset with a focus on results.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and communicate strategic direction.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven iteration processes.

• Background in leading consumer-facing product development for native iOS and Android applications.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
