Director, Product Management – Financial Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product strategy, system architecture, and technical implementation for the Contract-to-Ledger financial ecosystem, which includes the Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Pay processes.

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and executive leadership to convert commercial strategies and accounting policies into automated system logic.

• Design automated pre-close data validation checkpoints within CRM and ERP systems to ensure transaction compliance and avert downstream errors.

• Lead internal product managers and cultivate relationships with external implementation partners to guarantee that technical developments align with the core platform strategy.

• Create automated forecasting data pipelines and establish platform change-control protocols to facilitate readiness for public-market audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing technical product management or enterprise architecture across financial lifecycles, encompassing automated billing, deferred revenue, and ERP functionalities.

• Established history of supervising product managers and guiding dedicated engineering teams to achieve enterprise software capabilities.

• Practical experience overseeing data integrations and configurations within enterprise financial platforms such as Salesforce Billing, NetSuite ERP, NetSuite ARM, or specialized subscription management systems.

• Ability to design cross-platform data interactions and convert raw system signals into automated validation checkpoints and reporting workflows.

• Consultative mindset in partnering with executive stakeholders to standardize repeatable business processes prior to coding technical solutions.
