This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +24 more states.
• Oversee our global payments platform, enhancing checkout conversion rates, managing subscription renewals, and addressing fraud and risk management.
• Lead the Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy focused on self-service retention, account expansion, and effectively linking high-value product users to our SME and Enterprise sales teams.
• Manage and mentor a skilled team of Product Managers while collaborating closely with cross-functional executives from Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Growth to achieve SurveyMonkey’s revenue objectives.
• Take ownership of the PLG Expansion Strategy by defining and implementing the roadmap for self-service upgrades, cross-sells, and seat expansions to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) within the self-service segment.
• Construct the Self-Serve-to-Enterprise bridge by creating and refining Product-Qualified Lead (PQL) funnels.
• Lead Global Retention and manage the complete subscriber retention lifecycle.
• Direct the development roadmap for a scalable, compliant, and adaptable global payments platform.
• Supervise global fraud prevention, chargeback management, and advanced risk mitigation strategies to safeguard revenue.
• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, including a minimum of 3 years in a product leadership or people management position.
• Extensive knowledge in Product-Led Growth (PLG), particularly in optimizing SaaS funnels, retention loops, and self-serve-to-enterprise (sales-assist) pipelines.
• Expertise in Billing, Payments, and Monetization platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated history of owning revenue-driving metrics (GRR, NRR, Conversion) and executing rigorous A/B testing frameworks.
• Capability to navigate complex cross-functional settings, effectively influencing stakeholders across Engineering, FP&A, Legal, and Sales.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to simplify intricate architectural or financial concepts into coherent strategic narratives for executive leadership.
