Director, Product Management – Customer Security Outcomes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and document a cohesive vision and strategy for the future of threat detection, risk exposure, and cyber operations services informed by market and customer insights.

• Establish customer-focused, top-tier security operations outcomes and metrics across managed investigation, managed response, threat hunting, and advisory services.

• Collaborate with Customer Security Operations and Product teams to implement features that provide industry-leading security results and ensure operational coherence.

• Serve as a customer-facing visionary thought leader for Zscaler, engaging in executive customer advisory boards and handling critical incidents and escalations.

• Work alongside Product Marketing to position Zscaler as the industry leader in security operations by defining the standards for understanding and achieving excellent security outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies with experience in utilizing, securing, or advocating AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes in your area of expertise.

• Over 8 years of experience in detection and response, with a history of delivering technology-led managed services at scale.

• Established operational experience managing a Security Operations Center (SOC) with recognized credibility among industry SOC leaders.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the security market, vendor landscape, automation, and threat detection and response technologies.

• Proven ability to simplify complex situations into data-driven strategies, along with strong B2B experience in a growth-stage business and exceptional customer-facing abilities.
