This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Assume full responsibility for the Lead-to-Cash (BSS), Data analytics, Identity, Accounts & users, and API gateway product offerings, focusing on product strategy, capabilities, competitiveness, differentiation, profitability, compliance, certifications, security, and architectural advancements.
• Establish and implement product strategy, including the advancement of AI integrations and functionalities.
• Manage the operational aspects of the team.
• Work in close collaboration with other Portfolio Leaders, Product Managers, Sales & Marketing leaders, the Carrier Team, and Engineering Leadership.
• As the Product Director of a significant shared service Product line, you will be tasked with ongoing prioritization and trade-offs across all product lines.
• Enhance development speed and efficiency in partnership with Engineering and Operations.
• Ensure robust stewardship of the digital transformation of our business support systems and the integration of new back-office services.
• Extensive experience in Product Management, demonstrating proven leadership in managing cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams at a similar level (Director).
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS applications such as CRM, Analytics, and Billing & Rating systems.
• Experience with back-office systems, including:
• Strong strategic thinking, business insight, and the capacity to influence through data and presentations.
• Proficiency in managing global, enterprise-scale cloud services, covering technical, security, and regulatory dimensions.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects or business transformations in the BSS and OSS domains, especially due to acquisitions, rapid growth, and digital transformations.
• Knowledge of security, scalability, and best practices related to high-volume transaction use-cases, particularly with API Gateways, Identity Management, and Data analytics.
• Prior software development experience is highly preferred; at a minimum, familiarity with SQL, Kibana, and a detailed understanding of complex data models.
• Flexible, with a growth mindset and a history of success in startups or large organizations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to process data in formats such as CSV, XML, JSON, etc.
• Understanding of business system integration models, SOA, and APIs.
• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
