This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take full ownership of a key product area from beginning to end, encompassing strategy, multi-quarter roadmap planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and commercial outcomes.
• Maintain direct responsibility for a specific product area by developing specifications, conducting discovery sessions, and making informed product decisions.
• Set and uphold product quality standards.
• Evaluate team product decisions and outputs, challenging senior stakeholders when capabilities are not ready for release.
• Keep abreast of user needs across data engineering, analytics, and platform personas.
• Control the competitive and market perspective of the data and AI landscape.
• Recruit, mentor, and oversee Product Managers.
• Manage the team's operational cadence and implement AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design leadership on technical strategy and delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate with GTM, Customer Success, and Marketing regarding upcoming product releases and insights.
• Present roadmaps and trade-offs to stakeholders, leadership, and customers.
• Generally, 10+ years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 3 years managing Product Managers directly.
• Proven track record of delivering and scaling B2B products from start to finish, demonstrating measurable commercial impact.
• Experience in people leadership, including recruiting, mentoring, and directly managing the performance of Product Managers.
• Practical exposure to the data ecosystem, enabling credible technical trade-off discussions.
• Systems thinking at scale, effectively balancing craft, speed, and commercial impact across various workstreams.
• High level of data literacy and decision-making based on evidence.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance product development.
• Capability to model, instruct, and sustain AI-enabled product work practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and credibility with executive leadership and senior clients.
• Ability to uphold product quality and team standards under commercial stress.
• Capacity to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
