This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish eMaint's product vision and long-term strategy by translating customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into clear opportunities for growth.
• Make decisions regarding prioritization, trade-offs, product-market alignment, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers and the market through direct interactions, research, and analytics, rather than relying solely on secondhand information.
• Oversee Lean Portfolio Management, including metrics, governance, and executive reporting, to ensure transparency and agility.
• Guide products from the ideation phase through to launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration, ensuring that each initiative addresses a genuine customer need and drives business progress.
• Create repeatable frameworks and playbooks that transform current solutions into scalable capabilities for the future.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team.
• Cultivate a culture focused on customer obsession, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure the organization is aligned and moving forward.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager, Product Management Director, or in a similar leadership role within a growing SaaS company.
• Proven success in managing complex products from conception to launch in Agile or lean environments.
• Experience in coaching and developing product managers, setting strategic direction, and enhancing product discipline.
• Strong business and financial insight, including the ability to build business cases, prioritize investments, and make portfolio trade-offs.
• Capable of leading through influence across a matrixed organization, including Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Preferred Experience:
• Expertise in CMMS/EAM, reliability, maintenance, or asset management software.
• MBA or an advanced degree.
