
Director, Product Management – Advisor Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Advisor Experience roadmap, guiding it from initial discovery to final delivery, encompassing NPS, advisor practice management, advisor transitions, and Aspen AI.
• Develop the Aspen and client portal integrations related to NPS reimagined, enabling advisors to receive and act on client feedback in real-time.
• Provide capacity and practice management tools that equip leaders with real-time insights into advisor capacity for growth, aligning advisor expertise with client needs.
• Make informed decisions regarding scope, sequencing, and trade-offs with clarity and efficiency.
• Create tools for identifying at-risk advisors and managing transitions to retain clients when an advisor departs or retires, whether planned or unplanned.
• Produce advisor playbooks that mitigate the risk of advisor departures and client attrition.
• Ensure NLC events are recorded, visible, and consistently addressed within Aspen, allowing us to learn from these occurrences and minimize their frequency.
• Oversee Aspen AI for the advisor experience, including meeting preparation, transcription, and follow-up, allowing advisors to reclaim their time.
• Leverage data and machine learning to identify the next appropriate steps for each advisor.
• Utilize AI to enhance the speed and effectiveness of yourself and the teams collaborating with you.
• Establish priorities and requirements for our development partners and other teams to align their work with.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and data teams across these partners and groups to ensure timely delivery.
• Work alongside Business Intelligence on the dashboards related to client health, NPS, and transition monitoring.
• Manage relationships with our external development partners.
• Develop the product that drives the Client Excellence KPIs: Net Revenue Retention, Client NPS, Client health score, Advisor retention, Transition success, and NLC Rate.
• Collaborate with Wealth Operations & Experience, who are accountable for these outcomes, to convert product initiatives into tangible results.
• Continuously improve based on pilot feedback and actual usage.
• A minimum of 7 years in product management, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven history of delivering products that integrate seamlessly into existing systems and workflows.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data).
• Capability to manage multiple products simultaneously.
• Strong aptitude for translating complex business processes into straightforward product requirements.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and their practical applications in user-centric products.
• Data fluency: ability to define metrics, interpret dashboards, and derive decisions from data.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Proactive approach to action, ensuring quality is never compromised.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
• Advisor-focused mindset: begin with understanding advisor and client pain points and work backward from there.
